TLC QR PASSPORT
As an ancillary service, a label bearing a QR code, linked to a dedicated mobile device app, is applied to each of our products upon request.
When the customer frames this code with his device, the system informs the offices about the request, which will send the customer an e-mail containing all the information about the product: date of production, type of materials used, materials supplier, production cycle applied and other information.
One is thus always able to provide accurate information about the product, and if any operational intervention is required, the related database will be consequently updated, showing the list of repairs, replacements or modifications carried out and thus leaving traceability of the life of the artifact.
EQUIPMENT AND PROCESSES:
THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA FOR NONDESTRUCTIVE INSPECTION AND ANALYSIS OF COMPOSITE ARTIFACTS. With this portable instrument it is possible to monitor production processes, such as the flow of die flow during an infusion process. It is possible to constantly monitor the development of exothermic peaks on artifacts, detect leaks in circuits or malfunctions of electronic equipment. It is also used for nondestructive analysis of artifacts as a result of liquid infiltration or following the replacement of nonconforming parts. With the curtain vision system, the image can be scrolled by alternating the visible spectrum with the infrared spectrum in order to correctly locate the position from the surface.
COLOR WI-FI ENDOCAMERA for viewing details and details that are not easily accessible. With this tool, equipped with self-generating Wi-Fi technology, areas not easily accessible can be conveniently visualized. All of this can be viewed in color conveniently on displays in production, as well as simultaneously on the customer’s mobile device.
AIR-CONDITIONED CABIN for temperature- and humidity-controlled composite materials processing cycle management.
DOUBLE-PUMP CENTRALIZED VACUUM CIRCUIT. This centralized vacuum circuit is operated by 2 pumps that generate a suction capacity of 300 cubic meters. It is therefore possible to handle even large areas on which to apply high vacuum, ensuring a degree of tightness with greater safety and reliability.
PORTABLE VACUUM PUMP. This is a high vacuum system that can be transported to workplaces outside our operating site.
PUMP FOR LOW-PRESSURE APPLICATION. This equipment is used for spray application of material without generating the annoying phenomenon of overspray during the application phase. The heated product dries faster, allowing better applications even on vertical surfaces.
It reduces the application time between coats, contains the emission of harmful products into the atmosphere. This system is also used in the application of antifouling on hulls.
PORTABLE ULTRASONIC VACUUM LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM. It allows for checking and verifying the degree of tightness of the high vacuum applied to artifacts during compaction. The instrument is also used to check the degree of tightness of the pushed vacuum of molds before their first use.
WI-FI TEMPERATURE PROBES By contact or penetration with customizable and programmable data log. Creation of detailed reporting for each probe. Through the use of these probes siamè possible to detect at several points the temperatures developed during the curing and post-curing cycle directly on the product. The detection of the temperatures that the product has actually undergone during the production phases is therefore guaranteed, thus obtaining a separate report table and analytical graph for each probe used.
THERMAL HEATING BANDS MANAGED BY PLC, capable in fine to be able to develop and control the generation of the heat needed in post-hardening of the matrices .
By covering the artifacts with the heating bands, proper heat transmission to the artifact is guaranteed. The bands used are easily shaped in order to trace even complex geometries. By means of the control panel it is possible to manage the heating process following the instructions of the manufacturer of the matrix used, while with the contact probes it is possible to control and record the temperatures developed.
REMOTE MANAGEMENT OF THE POST-HARDENING PROCESS OF ARTIFACTS. Through the use of tele-management equipment, the post-cure cycle of the artifact can also be controlled remotely.
